This is a blank, 1-Page, Food Exposure Checklist to track which⁠
and how many exposures you do throughout your journey of reducing food fears or experiencing new foods.  

 

Whether working on food anxiety, or expanding one's comfort with different kinds of foods (as with ARFID -Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder),  research on exposures shows it can take many experiences (think 15 -20 times or more!) before a person can become more comfortable around the food. Each exposure is meant to be done many times,⁠ in many forms, and fully experienced (swallowed). ⁠
