VEGAN
This meal plan is for our “Accelerated VEGAN Plate” which represents more than the 50% starch/grain plate. The accelerated plate might be for those on a weight gain plan who are not finding success with our other plates, or simply for those with higher energy needs like those with high activity levels.
This is a 2-page, 7-day “Accelerated” meal plan that contains 7 Breakfast ideas, 7 lunch ideas, 7 dinner ideas, and 21 snacks that contain 3 items each (7 morning snacks, 7 afternoon snacks, and 7 evening snacks). Page 2 is almost identical but provides the addition of 2 added shakes, so the user can see an even boosted meal plan (and how the shakes would work in). This is text, no photos included her, and for an ACCELERATED VEGAN meal plan, without any other dietary restrictions. This is meant to be a gentle guide to help give you an idea of how a week might look.
