Yes, You Still Need to Eat When Having a Bad Body Image Day.

This will feel hard. ⁠

But restricting, which might feel good in the moment, will backfire. Either, it will lead to binging later on the in the day. Or a worsening ED, that will hold you had back from your living your life. ⁠

Restricting tends to worsen mood, depression, anxiety, energy, cognitive function....and yes, body image! ⁠

Try to hold feelings about body separately while still persevering to nourish yourself. That's hard to do, but the goal is to keep thoughts about body SEPARATE from the need to nourish yourself. ⁠
